Silicone bakeware seems to be the new kitchen hype nowadays and the question is....Does it work?.. Is it worth it?
I received a silicon cupcake pan to test out and I was so happy it gave me a valid reason to bake besides general greed for sweets.
The silicon is easy to clean and sooooo much better than metal pans . The muffins and cupcakes just pop out with no rips or tears. It does leave brown stains sometimes but I was not expecting it to come out unmarred. I love this set because its BPA Free and completely oven safe. Since it comes with a rubber spatula, pastry brush and cupcake liners this would be the perfect gift for your kitchen savvy friends!! Overall I loved it and hope to purchase another.
