The danish dough whisk has became one of my favorite tools to use in the kitchen. With regular whisks and machines used to mix dough there is always the struggle of cleaning them and what not. With the danish dough whisk the cleaning process was easy. The dough is mixed evenly as well.
In this photo you can see how thouroghly the dough is mixed and with a sturdy handly its even easier to maneuver
All done this is the whisk after mixing. Its not drowning in stuck on dough and since it is so open it will be extremely easy to clean as well.
